ELECTION DATES FOR 2020

                                 General Election:  November 3, 2020
           
           Last Day to Register:  October 5, 2020.  Need Driver’s Lucense and Social Security Number
            REGISTER TO VOTE ONLINE AT:   RegisterToVoteFlorida.gov

THERE ARE THREE METHODS FOR VOTING

  1. Absentee/Vote by Mail ballots may be obtained for any reason by calling the Supervisor of Elections office, 954-357-7050 or on-line at www.browardsoe.org before October 24, 2020.  Ballots are mailed to the address on file or mailed to your address of choice with a written request.  Ballots  cannot be forwarded by the Post Office.  AT THIS TIME, THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD TO VOTE. 

    Return envelopes must be signed and are postage paid.  Completed ballots must be received by the SOE office by 7 pm of Election Day.  They may be returned to a secure dropbox at any Early Voting Site during Early Voting hours, 7 am to 7 pm, or 24/7 at outside secure Dropboxes at the SOE office behind Lauderhill Mall, 1501 NW 40th Avenue, Lauderhill or the SOE office, County Building, outside the Brickell Avenue entrance.

  2. Early voting will be available at 22 different sites around the County Monday, October 19 through Sunday, November 1, 7 am to 7 pm.    Any registered voter may vote at any location by showing a photo ID with signature.  You may deposit VBM ballots in a secure box at any Early Voting Site.  For sites, see www.browardsoe.org

  3.  On Election Day, you must vote in your assigned precinct, based on where you currently live. Photo ID with signature is required.  If not presented, voter may vote a provisional ballot.  If you move, be sure to change your address by calling the SOE office at 954-357-7050 or on-line at RegisterToVoteFlorida.org
