How is my salary increase determined?

Salaries for employees represented by a Union are collectively bargained between District and Union representatives. All agreements must be ratified by the Union and subsequently approved by the School Board before agreements are in effect. Click here to access the current agreements. For employees not represented by a Union, the Board determines salary increases annually.
