The Digital Education Teacher Academy (DETA) offers graduate courses in a professional development partnership between the Broward Schools and the Teaching and Leadership Center at Florida Atlantic University.

The Global Learning Initiative through the Digital Education for Students (GLIDES) supports teachers and students through a project-based learning process. Teachers are provided in-class coaching in the use of of 21st century tools and learning stratgies.

The Environmental Stewardship initiative showcases the importance of living green and learning green. This podcast explains the District’s position on preparing students to be responsible and educated environmental stewards.

The purpose of the Best Practice Repository Website is to promote innovation which focuses on best practices and quality efforts that improve our best-in-class position.
