volunteer

Broward

Schools.
Note from our Youth Liason Officer
All
external
school
doors
are
locked
immediately
after
the
9:10a
bell.
If
arriving
late
to
school,
you
must
walk
through
the
courtyard
entrance
only.
All
Broward
County
Schools
follow
security
measures
set
forth
in
the
Jessica
Lunsford
Act.
Please
do not call the main or grade level offices
for homework requests. Visit our Teacher
Websites Page. Many teachers list homework
on their websites.
If
you
drop
off
a
lunch
for
your
child,
it
will
be
placed
on
a
table
in
the
cafeteria.
However,
if
you
drop
off
anything
else
such
as
projects,
clothing,
etc.,
the
students
classes
cannot
be
interupted
for
notification. However,
we
will
be
happy
to
keep
them
in
the
grade
level
offices
for
them
to
pick
up.
Unexcused
absences cannot be changed after two school
days following
the absence

Every
year,
the
District
issues
its
Code
of
Student
Conduct
to
every
student
enrolled
in
a
public
schools.
This
code
outlines
acceptable
behavior,
dress code and other rules students must abide
by when
attending
a
Broward
County
Public
School.
The
rules
contained
in
the
Code
apply
to
all
activities
occurring
on
school
grounds,
on
other
sites
being
used
for
school
activities
and
on
any
vehicles
authorized
for
the
transporting
of
students.
Parents
and
students
are
required
to
sign
a
form
indicating
they
have
read
and
understand
the
Code.
