Staff have consensus and engage in MTSS Implementation

Last year was the first year of teacher BASIS RtI implementation, we are working toward using it as best practice. 

We are going to continue to support our staff with the BASIS intervention implementation process.

1. Staff Enrichment by the RtI team, quarterly
2. Individual Support for Intervention entry into BASIS, ongoing by the RtI team as needed by staff
3. Presentation of RtI to SAC/SAF (stakeholders), annually/as needed
4. Provide resources for all stakeholders, RtI will send quarterly

Student progress specific to academic or behavior goals are monitored

Last year, our team was new to the RtI process, this year we are more familiar.

Continue to work toward RtI interventions utilizing data. 

1. Data chats reviewed bi-weekly to monitor student progress
2. Provide parents with resources as needed
3. Mentoring students bi-weekly to check in for self-report 
4. Monitor attendance daily to provide accountability
5. Open communications with teachers bi-weekly to determine progress in classroom
6. Student conferences in RtI meeting as needed if no improvement is being seen
7. FBA/PBIP/DAP as needed for behavior issues
