Why is it occuring?

Our previous schedule did not allow for the appropriate training needed to ensure proper implemenatation.

What are we going to do about it?

We will enlist and ensure our staff will receive proper training during this school year.

Action Plan

Team up with RtI facilitator to receive proper training for the staff.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

We will monitor our school-wide level of usage through BASIS.

Data sources are monitored for consistency and accuracy

Why is it occuring?

Last year's schedule made it difficult for proper training in utlizing data sources.

What are we going to do about it?

We are going to provide professional development for the staff and develop protocol to quarterly monitor data consistency and accuracy.

Action Plan

We will meet with our RTi facilitator to discuss training needs and develop a training calendar.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

We will look at our usage through BASIS.
