| Why is it occuring? |
Prior to this year, we had intermittent support and we now have assigned support from the county to assist leadership team and teachers on a regular basis. |
| What are we going to do about it? |
We will work closley with the county support during our scheduled MTSS meetings. |

County support liaison is invited to all MTSS / RtI meetings. |

Sign in sheets and feedback from all teams will be monitored. |

School was using graphs without comparisons. |
| What are we going to do about it? |
This year the school will use graphs with comparisons. |

With the assistance of our school psychologist we will train teachers on how to use the new graph system. |

As a leadershipship team we will monitor the uploaded graphs. |

This year the teams will be inputing their student data in to an electronic system where all student data can be viewed. |
