Why is it occuring?

Prior to this year, we had intermittent support and we now have assigned support from the county to assist leadership team and teachers on a regular basis. 

What are we going to do about it?

We will work closley with the county support during our scheduled MTSS meetings.

Action Plan

County support liaison is invited to all MTSS /  RtI meetings.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Sign in sheets and feedback from all teams will be monitored.

DBPS for student outcomes occurs across content areas, grade levels, and tiers

Across tiers, data used to identify "gap" between expected and current outcomes

Data are used to identify reasons why students are not meeting expectations

Plans based on verified reasons why students are not meeting expectations

Student progress specific to academic or behavior goals are monitored

Data are used to address performance across diverse group

Resources for implementation of MTSS are addressed through data-based problem-solving

Why is it occuring?

School was using graphs without comparisons.

What are we going to do about it?

This year the school will use graphs with comparisons.

Action Plan

With the assistance of our school psychologist we will train teachers on how to use the new graph system.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

As a leadershipship team we will monitor the uploaded graphs.

Why is it occuring?

All student data was not being kept in one sourse location to monitor effectivly.

What are we going to do about it?

This year the teams will be inputing their student data in to an electronic system where all student data can be viewed.

Action Plan

During team planning teachers will work together to input and monitor their student progress.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Administration and leadership team will collect and check monthly data.
