As part of the District's telephone number change project and the implementation of the CAB E-mail system, employees will have to have new business cards made when their current ones run out. It is strongly recommended that all existing cards be used prior to ordering new ones.

In order to ensure that there are central elements to all business cards, the Superintendent of Schools has approved one template that must be used by all District employees.

Earlier, there were several templates that were approved for use – that has since changed and now only one can now be used. Those individuals who may have already ordered or received new business cards using one of the previously approved templates will be allowed to use them – all subsequent cards MUST use the one, approved template.

Schools can use their official colors when having the new cards printed – and Departments that have their own colors for printed materials or logos can use their colors as well.

Please contact the District's Print Graphics Department (754-321-1000) to have your new cards designed. Print Graphics can also provide you with a list of approved vendors who can print your new cards.
