Description:
Program stresses proper driving techniques and methods for safe driving practices of emergency rescue vehicles. Course consists of 10 hours lecture, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 10 hours driving course. Instructor will advise students of start time for the driving portion day.
This 20 hour course provides emergency vehicle operators with the knowledge and skills to enable them to consistently operate their vehicles in a safe manner under emergency and non-emergency driving conditions.
Targeted Audience: all fire rescue personnel.
Students must possess a valid driver's license.
Class is limited to the first 20 students.
