What elements will be addressed?

Across tiers, data used to identify "gap" between expected and current outcomes

Why is it occuring?

Using data-based problem solving will go hand in hand with our other domain goal of a three-tiered Instructional Model.

What are we going to do about it?

We created a RTI Filemaker system so that all stakeholders involved in the RTI Process can communicate to ensure challenges are resolved.

Action Plan

Full Time Teachers follow Attendance Plan, School Counseling Plan, and Staff guidelines for identifying students in need of RTI.
Full Time Teachers are given access to the RTI database.
Data is analzyed.
Action steps in Attendance Plan are followed.
All stakeholders collaborate and communicate during the RTI process.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Successfully exiting students out of the RTI process and back on pace in all classes will be the measure of success.

Tier 3 behavior practices are based on students' needs, aligned with Tier 1 and Tier 2

Why is it occuring?

Broward Virtual School's goal is to create a more comprehensive approach to RTI so that all stakeholders are involved.

What are we going to do about it?

A unique and specialized File Maker Pro system was devleoped soley for the purpose of RTI.

Action Plan

Fill Time teachers will be given PD on the RTI Three Level Tiered Process.
Full Time Teachers are given access to the RTI database.
All stakeholders collaborate and communicate during the RTI process.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Successfully exiting students out of the RTI process and back on pace in all classes will be the measure of success.
