What elements will be addressed?

Tier 1 academic practices clearly identify learning standards

Why is it occuring?

Monitoring and acccommdation of standards based instruction is not being used as effectively as possible due to our teachers desire to ensure that all students get what they need.  Our teachers are quick to implement an intervention and therefore maybe missing a crucial element of tier 1 instruction.

What are we going to do about it?

Provide appropriate professional development and grade level extended planning opportunities to ensure that differentiated instruction is occuring.

Action Plan

We want to ensure that teachers are implementing the correct strategies as well as collect the most accuate data to dermine student growth within the given tier.
Creation of appropriate Data Collection forms.
Access to CPST members to collaborate and analyze data.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Monthly/Quartely Data Chats
