Pre-Qualification Process

The School Board of Broward County, Florida Design and Construction Contracts Department welcomes you to this website and has provided valuable documents and some navigational aids to assist you with this process. In order to do business with SBBC as a prime contractor your company must be prequalified first.

It is imperative that you read the pre-qualification application procedures and instructions carefully before filling out the pre-qualification application form. Many of the documents provided on this site are created with Microsoft Word and Adobe Reader-PDF applications. In order to be able to view documents created in Microsoft Word or Adobe Reader, it is advisable that you have those applications operational on your computer.
