The Public Information Office provides communications resources for District departments and schools to assist in strategic communications and
marketing efforts with stakeholders, both internal and external.  To request our services, please review the information below and complete the online form. 
If you have an immediate need (such as a crisis or media request, etc.) please contact our office.

Please note:

  • Submissions for our services must be pre-approved by your school principal or department director.

  • Allow 3-5 days for our staff to review your submission and respond.  A member of our staff may contact you to gather additional information if necessary. Approved requests are prioritized based on the details/requirements of each submission, as well as the current volume of requests.  You will be notified of the approval status of your request.
