Attention Parents:

The FHSAA is conducting a survey of parents whose children participate in interscholastic athletics.  Please forward the survey link (found below) to your parents and request their responses.

The purpose of this survey is to:

1) determine the level of communication provided by member schools' representatives to parents and students regarding participation in non-school athletic activities affiliated with the school;

2) determine if parents feel schools and/or school representatives should be held accountable if they do not communicate the impact of this rule on the student / parent(s).

Parents will be asked to provide their email address and school with which they are affiliated.  We may use the email addresses for future communications of this kind.  Their email addresses WILL NOT be provided to any third party entity for the purpose of advertising / marketing.  Have no fear! We are only collecting the name of the school for tracking schools that participate by forwarding the email as requested.  We will not use the school information for the purpose of penalizing a school based on the parents’ responses.

***Dear Parents:***

By now you should have reviewed the information (above) sent to FHSAA member schools which your child(ren) attends.  Please complete this survey as it pertains to student-athletes’ participation in non-school athletic activities (club ball / travel ball).  If your child does not participate in non-school athletic activities, we still request that you complete the survey for input on a few other questions.

The link to access the survey is:
