This Competency-Based program provides professional development courses aligned to national standards through face-to-face and online modules, one-on-one classroom support through mentoring, personal certification advising by trained professionals and incentives for furthering an advanced degree.

If you are a Broward County Public School full-time teacher of record and teaching ESE (Exceptional Student Education), English/language arts, mathematics, science, social science, Elementary Education, or foreign languages, you may be eligible to participate in this program.
