EL7 Athletic Participation (FHSAA)
If your child is currently attending a Broward school, withdraw your child and submit a letter of intent to establish a home education program to the Superintendent of Schools via US mail, CERTIFIED MAIL/RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED. The certified receipt will be your confirmation that your child is enrolled. Due to high mailing costs, the district DOES NOT MAIL a letter of confirmation. Include in your letter your child’s legal name, address, date of birth, phone number and your signature.
