Writing a PLP: An Overall Look

When writing a PLP, you want to make sure it is individualized.

It needs to be based on multiple sources of information.

It should state what the student is currently able to do and describe how the disability impacts performance.

It should be written in understandable language, include words that are measurable and be instructionally relevant.
