About Technology Services 

Our Mission is to providing assistance and support in the the appropriate use of a variety of technologies for students, educators, and parents so that “No Child is Left Behind!”

FDLRS Technology Services Include:

• promoting local awareness, identification, acquisition, and effective integration of  assistive and adaptive technologies, including FCAT accommodations

• facilitating the identification and use of augmentative communication systems

• promoting integration of instructional technology with effective teaching, leading to improved learner outcomes

• providing opportunities to explore equipment, components, and program solutions that may expand learning options for students through the use of new and emerging technologies

• facilitating the identification and use of technologies that present information and training through distance education options such as interactive video, on-line courses, and other interactive multimedia methods

• supporting educators and parents through individual consultations
