 This online module is intended to be used with the Matrix of Sevices Handbook, 2004 Revised Edition form Florida  Department of Education.  This module is designed to give you a basic knowledge of the Florida Funding Plan, Matrix of Service process and information on how to appropriately complete the Matrix of Services for student funding on the Easy IEP.

Please note that Broward County district requirements may vary slightly from those discussed in the handbook.

For this course you must access your instruction online, use the Matrix of Services Handbook, the course CD ROM provided, and submit your assignments electronically.  This is a four week module.  You will communicate with and submit assignments to your instructor via CAB Conference.

This course is intended for person(s) responsible for completing The  Matrix of Service forms at their school site.

Goals/Objectives

Participants will:

         -gain basic knowledge of Florida Education Funding Plan

          (FEFP) and the Matrix of Services process

         -learn to appropriately complete the Matrix of Services for student funding

Expectations

         Each participant will:

                  -Read all material provided online and in the Matrix of Service Handbook

                  -Complete online assignments via CAB Conference

                  -Complete the ESS online appraisal to receive points
