TRAINING SELF SERVICE CENTER
The IT Service Desk provides technical support for District licensed software. Support is defined as downloading, installing, configuring, and basic troubleshooting. These items can be found in the Software Management Module at: http://www.broward.k12.fl.us/techstandards/si_software.htm
For help with features and functions and for assistance with non-supported software, it is recommended touse the "Help" menu within the application. In addition, manufacturer's web sites have many resources available such as online tutorials, FAQs, Knowledge Library, User Forums, Troubleshooting tips and Tricks.
