The District's Integrated Workers' Compensation Program will provide workers' compensation benefits in accordance with Florida Statutes (Chapter 440) to employees injured in an acccident arising out of an in the course and scope of employment. The goal of the program is to provide access to high level medical care, maximize positive clinical outcomes and minimize residual disability.
