The Facility Management, Planning & Site Acquisition (FMP&SA) Department is an integral part of the Facilities & Construction Management Division. FMP&SA is subdivided into four functional departments: Real Estate and Environmental Planning, Growth Management, Facility Planning / Project Management Control Systems (PMCS),and Administrative Site Operations.
The Facility Management, Planning & Site Acquisition Department is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to the students and citizens of Broward County. Our first and foremost goal is to directly support the Broward County School System's students, parents, citizens and staff.
