About Our Program
A team of nine master level mentors from Broward County Public Schools and Nova Southeastern University who work closely with early care educators in selected childcare centers to:
Mentor infant, toddler, preschool, and VPK teachers
Provide on-site training for teachers and directors
Assist teachers in understanding and implementing new knowledge and skills
Provide ongoing support during accreditation and quality improvements
Link childcare centers with neighboring Differentiated Accountability (DA) elementary schools
Provide resources for teachers and families
Review Environmental Rating Scale reports to formulate a plan to improve environments.
