The Early Head Start Program is a national federal program that offers free comprehensive services to economically disadvantage families with infants, toddlers, and pregnant woman.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS:
Center-based - Offers services at two locations:

The Quest and Charles Drew Family Resource Center
Home-based - Parent Educators visit families at home
