Teachers, if you are the designated teacher to pick up parents in the front office for conferences please arrive a few minutes early to greet them. If the parent does not show up for 10 minutes you can return to your classroom. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. (T. Lenfest) When you log into the SubCentral website ("SEMS") below...you must now enter your PERSONNEL ID NUMBER (preceding zeros are not necessary) instead of your Social Security Number. Your PIN is the same as before! New Attendance codes for your gradebook are as follows: use "CT" to indicate a student that is transferred out of your class to another teacher; and use the "R1" to indicate an incoming student that was transferred from another teacher to YOUR class. Don't forget to use the note field (looks like a musical note) to record the name of the sending teacher and the average grade at the time of transfer!
Some teachers ask why they are prompted for a notation whenever they want to change a grade in their Pinnacle Gradebook. Although you don't have to put any reason, please keep in mind that the parents can see any changes that are made as well as the notes that you record. In other words, when you change a grade...type in why it changed so everyone knows!
