"Parents and students, beginning with the 2011-2012 school year, the Code of Student Conduct Handbook will be distributed electronically. The Code of Student Conduct Handbook will be posted for review beginning July 1, 2011 on the Broward Schools Web site at www.browardschools.com.

"Beginning June 15, 2011, parents and students will be asked to enter email addresses in Virtual Counselor. The Code of Conduct Student Handbook will be emailed to parents and students beginning July 1, 2011."

No Child Left Behind (NCLB) federal legislation and Florida statue require that schools provide parents with an annual school status report at the beginning of each school year.
