Dorothy A. Cain, Principal at Palm Cove Elementary has a Master of Science Degree in Administration and Supervision K-12 and a Bachelor of Science in Exceptional Student Education K-12. She is certified in Elementary Education, Specific Learning Disabilities K-12, Educable Mentally Handicapped K-12 and ESOL endorsed. She has a variety of experiences throughout the district working with diverse student populations as well as Title I schools.

	Philip Baer, is the Assistant Principal at Palm Cove Elementary. Mr. Baer has a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a B.A degree in Sociology. He is certified in Elementary Education and Physical Education. He is ESOL endorsed and has a variety of experiences working in Title one schools.
