Prior year assessment data from the FSA scores, F.A.I.R. testing and end-of-year tests were organized with graphs, tables, and charts. Information was organized to show individual teacher, grade level, and school wide results. Individual student results were given to classroom teachers for their review through Virtual Counselor. Sunrise will use the following strategies to recruit and retain highly qualified teachers. Title I, Part A
Staff development funds are used to develop a comprehensive professional training program to improve delivery of instruction through a variety of workshops designed to move teachers to mastery and improve student achievement. After School Camps, FSA/EOC Saturday Review Camps will be utilized for enrichment and to increase student achievement. Title I, Part C- Migrant
Collaboration with the school social worker and other outside agencies will occur to ensure an effective transition for migrant student. Remediation and tutoring services will be provided as needed. Title I, Part D
Students identified as neglected and/or delinquent will be connected to the school social worker through the guidance department, who will provide support and community resources to assist the child and their family. Title II
Sunrise teachers participate in district-developed workshops in Florida State Standards training. Title III
ELL students receive reading and developmental language arts instruction by a certified ESOL teacher. Title X- Homeless
