What elements will be addressed?

Coaching is used to support MTSS implementation

Why is it occuring?

Due to the unique nature of our program and our applicant selection criteria, it is not often that our students struggle academically.  Therefore, it is not often that we must use the RTI/MTSS process.  Our instructors are college professors and are not used to having to implement mulitple levels of support.

What are we going to do about it?

We need to educate our faculty on multi level strategies.

Action Plan

Monthly RTI/MTSS meetings as a faculty group to review student data and discuss additonal strategies in a consultative process.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Grades in courses at the end of Fall term.
