School Name College Academy (3851) School Year 2018 - 2019 Coaching is used to support MTSS implementation Due to the unique nature of our program and our applicant selection criteria, it is not often that our students struggle academically. Therefore, it is not often that we must use the RTI/MTSS process. Our instructors are college professors and are not used to having to implement mulitple levels of support. We need to educate our faculty on multi level strategies. Monthly RTI/MTSS meetings as a faculty group to review student data and discuss additonal strategies in a consultative process. Grades in courses at the end of Fall term. Jodie Weinstein and Michelle Davis 2018-12-14 2019-06-20 Effective data tools are used appropriately and independently by staff Faculty has not had Professional Learning Communities where data can be analyzed. Establish PLCs charged with reviewing test data. A PLC has been created for English and Math. Faculty will meet monthly to review test data including classroom exams and PSAT, SAT, and ACT data to discover the weaker areas. Monthly meetings with PLCs. We will measure end of year SAT and ACT data. Luis Ramos and Kimberly Barron 2018-12-14 2019-06-20
