Professional development and coaching provided to staff

Professional development and coaching will take place during the 2018-2019 school year to ensure all the changes made to the MTSS process through BASIS are being followed. 

Professional development will take place during faculty meetings, team meetings, and during teacher planning days.  Coaching will take place as needed by the Literacy Coach and MTSS team.

The Literacy Coach and MTSS team will attend professional development via BASIS/MTSS webinars.  This information will be provided to the staff during faculty meetings via Outlook email. 

Support members will monitor student progress through individual data chats, report cards, and interims.

Educators actively engage families in MTSS

Educators will actively engage families in the MTSS to provide support for students in MTSS. 

Coaching will take place by the MTSS team to educators. Families support will be provided through the MTSS process.

We will monitor our success by increasing parent invovement in MTSS meetings by 25%.
