Onging professional development has not been provided to instructional staff.

Ongoing Professional Development will be established based on the school's calendar and implemented on a quarterly basis.

Instructional staff will be trained on the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) by December 1, 2018. 
Quarterly small group training will be held with grade level teams.
The assignment of case managers have been established to support grade level teams and assist with implementing, monitoring, and determining progress.

Teachers need assistance understanding the data and determining how data drives instruction.

Address the need for using available date tools independently and provide professional development on analyzing data to inform instruction.

Create a process for data analysis through frequent data chats using the North Star Interim Assessments Analysis process.
Provide teachers with regular and timely feedback after the administration of formative assessments and classroom observations.
