The leadership team has conducted a training on the steps and procedures in implementing MTSS. 
What are we going to do about it?

Continue to monitor that all personnel involved in implementing interventions are doing so with fidelity.
Action Plan

Leadership team will continue to offer support, professional development and follow up with teacher every 6-8 weeks to asess the sucess of the intervention and RTI process.
How will we monitor and measure our success?

Teachers will come to an RTI meeting every 6-8 weeks with appropriate data and graphs to determine if interventions are working.

Effective data tools are used appropriately and independently by staff
Why is it occuring?

Staff needs additional training in data tool usage.
What are we going to do about it?

The RTI/Leadership team conducted professional development in the proper usage of data tools.  
Action Plan

A quarterly staff "refresher" will be offered to staff in addition to one on one support when needed. 
How will we monitor and measure our success?

Informally based on RTI meetings with the RTI Leadership team.
