Coaching is used to support MTSS implementation

Our previous schedule did not allow for the appropriate training needed to ensure proper implemenatation. Time constraints from of other aspects of teaching, preparing for EOC/FSA exams, teaching standards, schedule changes, etc.  sometimes proffessional development gets hindered. 

Provide monthly traininigs on MTSS implementation in lieu of Faculty meetings on the 3rd Friday of each Month.The trainings would offer measurable and observable examples of how to recognize and addres problem behaviors. 

Utilize PLC and Cadres to have staff build capacity by discussing RTI strategies and to hare best practices

By keeping logs that are provided by the PBIS training manual.

Staff understand and have access to data sources

Last year's schedule made it difficult for proper training in utlizing data sources.

We are going to provide professional development for the staff and develop protocol to provide consistant and accuarte data collection methods. 

We will meet with our RTi facilitator to discuss training needs and develop a training calendar. We will create data collection guide videos with voice over instrucitons to help ensure a consistant and accuarte data collection process. 

We will look at our usage through BASIS. We will provide quartelry surverys to ensure we are meeting the needs of all teachers in the area of data collection.
