The infrastructure exists to support family and community engagement

There was no consistency in the infrastructure to support family and community engagement.

Sending out standardized letters to the parents and family members prior to the RTI meetings and following up on the concerns addressed.

• Communicate with the parents in parent teacher conferences.
• Send the standardized letters to the parents well in advance keeping in my parents's availability to attend the meetings
• Sharing and discussing information and data with parents and sharing additional resources for support at home.

We will monitor and measure our success using BASIS notes on parents and family involvement in the RTI meetings. We will use results of Self-Assessment of MTSS Implementation rubric in Domain 3 (items 17-20)
