Schedules provide adequate time for training and coaching

Due to time constraints, sufficent training, coaching and monitoring is not taking place.

• Support Staff & Administration have been assigned grade levels so that support and monitoring can take place.
•  Support Staff or Administration will attend PD with teacers to identify look-fors that should occur in the classroom.
 

• A Professional Development monitoring system and look-fors have been implemented to enusre that implementation of new PD is being implemented with fidelity.

Data sources are used to evaluate the fidelity and impact

Data sources that will be used to evaluate implementaion of the critical elements of MTSS have not been effectively identified, analayzed and evaluated by the leaderhship team.

The leadership team will collaboratively work together to identify, analyze and evaluate efective data sources.

•  Profesional Development for instrutional staff on disaggratinv and anzlysing student data.
•  Analyze effectivness of Tier 1 instrcution in content areas.
•  Data chats
•  Professional Development for faculty on effective academic and beharioal interventions and ways to use data to drive instruction.
