We are not using the data sources to evaluate implementation. 
What are we going to do about it?

The team will use data sources to evaluate implementation and make improvments to MTSS

We will utilize BASIS to pull data then we will evalute the data. 
We will design and implement improvements and adjust as needed
How will we monitor and measure our success?

We will have an increase in student achievement as a result of evaluating the data.
