There is a lack of consistentcy and fidelity with teachers' implementation of Tier 2 intervetions. 
What are we going to do about it?

Monitor fidelity of Tier 2 interventions. 
Action Plan

One day a week classrooms will be observed to ensure fidelity of Tier 2 intervention implementation. 
How will we monitor and measure our success?

The frequency of Tier 2 instruction should mirror Tier 2 flowcharts.
