What are we going to do about it?

1.The curricullum coachs will help with a PLC for teachers to teach them how to use data to drive instruction.

3. Discuss data in the weekly RTI meetings.

Action Plan

Every 4th Monday we will have a inservice on RTI Data based problem solving. They will use real student infomation and we will discuss best practices. We will make this a time of inservice for any information that needs to be taught or where to find infomation.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

We will use progress monitoring as a way to assess whether an intervention is working. If students is making adequate progress we will continue what we are doing. If we the progress isn't what we want we go back to the drawing board.
