What elements will be addressed?

Tier 2 academic practices include common student needs, are linked to Tier 1

Why is it occuring?

Our Tier 1 strategies did not consistently link to behavior and social-emotional content/instruction. 

What are we going to do about it?

We are implementing an SEL Action Plan where lessions will be delivered to students through all content areas.  The team will inventory and identify appropriate intervention tools and programs that alighns to the Tier 1 Core Instruction and Supports.

Action Plan

Tier 2 strategies will address common student needs, links to Tier 1 instruction, links to behavior and social-emotional content/instruction, and assessments/data sources will link directly to the skills taught. 

How will we monitor and measure our success?

We will monitor during MTSS meetings.
