Why is it occuring?

Scheduling conflict between staff and parents.
 

What are we going to do about it?

Flexibility in person or phone conferences, meeting dates and times sent out with additional time for parents to attend.

Action Plan

RTI parent invitation leters revised to allow for flexibility.
RTI team wil contact parents via phone, and teacchers will follow up with parents who couldn't attend the meeting.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

The number of attendees in person or via phone.

Why is it occuring?

The school-wide expectations were not clearly defined.

What are we going to do about it?

We are a PBIS school and we have clearly defined our school's expectations. 

Action Plan

Our expectiations are visually posted throughtout the school and in every classroom.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Monitor through the behavior dashboard and the number of referrals.
