What elements will be addressed?

Tier 3 academic practices are based on students' needs, aligned with Tier 1 and Tier 2

Why is it occuring?

This could be again occuring because the strategies and intervents needed are not clearly defined addressing behavioral needs. Teachers and staff still need to reference and ask for asisstance with this area.

What are we going to do about it?

The leadership/MTSS team will need to provide more Professional Development (modeling) focusing on behavioral and social emotional content. (SEL/Harmony)

Action Plan

The leadership/MTSS team must provide more modeling and support to all staff members who need the support in addressing this area of concern. Improve the needs of our students.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Our goal is to have a major decrease in the number of behavioral issues. We will measure our schools success through the outcome of behavioral referrals.

Effective data tools are used appropriately and independently by staff

Why is it occuring?

This could be occuring because staff does not understand how to effectively use the resources provided. They have concers of not using the tools and data correctly. Therefore they are unable to address and use resources appropiately.

What are we going to do about it?

We will conduct more staff developement within this area of concern. As a result the staff should be able to effectively address the data tools and use it appropriately to determine results. Measure student achievement by examining the data.

Action Plan

The Leadership/MTSS team will provide supoort to staff members who need assistance in the area on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

The leadership team will systematically evaluate data tools that teachers are using in their classroom and the usefulness that this tool provides.
