What elements will be addressed?

Schedules provide adequate time for multiple tiers of instruction/interventions

Why is it occuring?

Given our multi-age classes and instructional levels it is a challenge when scheduling tiered interventions across the grade levels.

What are we going to do about it?

Each team will meet quarterly to dicuss data and meet individual needs across the grade level rather than just in their own classrooms.

Action Plan

Differientated instruction/Tiered interventions will be shared across the entire grade level.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Data will be reviewed on a quarterly basis through data chats.  The grouping will be fluid throughout the grade level.
