Teachers need to fill out the RtI with fidelty, continue with the follow up steps within the process.

What are we going to do about it?

Provide additional professional developments concerning RtI and teachers need BASIS training.  

Action Plan

Professional Developments will be provided to teachers based on RtI and BASIS.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

This will be monitored through teacher participation regarding RtI and the data that is collected based on each student either academically or behaviorally.

Data are used to identify reasons why students are not meeting expectations

Why is it occuring?

More strategies need to be implemented to access the data needed to figure out why students are not meeting expectations.

What are we going to do about it?

Use teacher based assessment data, BASIS and attendance data to help figure out why students aren't meeting expectations.  

Action Plan

Use targets remediation based on the data to aide students in the RtI process.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Teacher assessment data, BASIS and attendance data will be utilized.
