The critical elements of MTSS are defined and understood

Critical elements of RTI are defined, but steps within the process need to be reviewed for clarity and understanding.

A RTI Process refresher will be provided to instructional staff by our District Support Personnel.  All teachers will be invited to attend an RTI meeting, including teachers that don't have students on Tier 2 or Tier 3.  Support Staff will meet with their assigned grade level team, and followup with teacher support.

RTI schedules will be maintained, along with sign in sheets to document teacher attendance at RTI meetings.
Team meeting notes will be maintained to document discussion of RTI at team meetings.

Staff will be provided with RTI process data along with student outcomes.

Provide all staff with quarterly RTI data.
Review student outcomes with leadership team.
Provide information to families and communities about the RTI process.
Meet with individual teachers to review student outcomes.

Sign in sheets and agendas will be maintained to monitor quarterly data reports.
Team leader minutes will reflect student outcome discussions.
Meeting minutes from SAC/SAF/PTO will reflect a discussion of the RTI process.
