School Name Cypress ES (1781) School Year 2018 - 2019 Staff are provided data on MTSS fidelity and student outcomes Even though teachers provide individual student data to the CPST team, we do not share the overall data with the entire staff. As a staff we will work to provide data on MTSS implementation fidelity and student outcomes, support the school’s goals from family and community engagement and actively engage families in MTSS. Staff will be provided on the data within the school as a whole, to show how the MTSS implementation is a positive success in bridging the achievement gap for students. The data will show the fidelity of the process and the implementation. Family and community members will have more information regarding how MTSS is linked to the same goals listed in the school improvement plan. We will also support procedures for facilitating two-way communication. We will also provide a more intensive outreach to unresponsive families, as well as increasing the skills of families to support their child’s education. We will monitor and measure success by teacher outreach. Knowing if they are more familiar with the data as a school. We will measure the success of goals comparable to the school improvement goals by measuring the correspondence. Lastly, we will measure the outreach of actively engaging families, by the skills learned to support their child as well as regular attendance of parent in Collaborative Problem-Solving Team meetings. Leadership team 2019-05-01 2019-08-01 DBPS for student outcomes occurs across content areas, grade levels, and tiers We collect many types of data. The data collection is at times isolated based on the data source and the area that it falls under. As a Collaborative Problem-Solving Team, we will analyze the data more in depth to provide student outcomes across all content levels, grades and tiers, identifying the achievement gap and address performance across diverse groups. Data on academic, behavior and social emotional outcomes will occur across all content areas, grade level and tiers. As a Collaborative Problem-Solving Team we will work to compare the outcomes in relation to the students data. We will monitor and measure success during Collaborative Problem-Solving Team meetings, while student individual student data and determine the success of the interventions. Based on the fidelity of the intervention, we should see a smaller gap between student achievement. Leadership Team 2019-05-01 2019-08-01
