Action Plan

  • Teaching strategies for content areas will be identified and master teachers will model these strategies and provide additional support as needed.
  • Quarterly and Mid-year review of data and progress, adjust if needed
  • School-based leadership team engage in professional learning of the critical elements of MTSS/RTI
  • Leadership team members will facilitate monthly MTSS/RTI and CPS Team meetings
  • Leadership team members will align and integrate the critical elements of MTSS/RTI into Professional Learning Communities
  • Content area teachers will also have opportunities to practice strategies and receive feedback through the use of Professional Learning Communities.

How will we monitor and measure our success?
