What elements will be addressed?

The leadership team is actively facilitating implementation

Why is it occuring?

  • Conflicts in scheduling
  • Mandatory duties  of support personel
  • Meeting agenda outlining roles and responsibilities.

What are we going to do about it?

  • Review calenders to revise scheduling to accommondate frequecy of  meetings.
  • Review School wide calender to include meeting dates and leadership duties

Action Plan

By December 2018,Leadership team  will review revise schedule
By Feburary 2019, Leardship team will review revision to determine an increase in frequency of meeting attendance/held.
By June 2019,Leadership team will review schedule and make revisons for the up  and coming school year.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

We will use a frequency chart to collect baseline  data on what the current number of meeting with leadership team.
Frquency  chart data will be reviwed to see an increase in assigned and attended meetings.

Effective data tools are used appropriately and independently by staff

Why is it occuring?

  • Lack training in the use of data tools and available resources 
  • Lack of trainig in interperting data of tools and resources 
  • Training in indentfying appropriate types of data tools to use.

What are we going to do about it?

Provide training to staff from appropriate peronel 
Provide coaching and support in interepreting data
Provide resource map for teachers to help determine appropriate data tools

Action Plan

By December 2018, Training session will be scheduled for staff by appriopriate persons for school wide data assessment tools along with school wide data resource tool  inventory map/outline

By March 2019, Follow up training will be provided with academic teams as needed

By June 2019, Review data inventory and update as needed for the following school year. Schedule trainings as needed.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

School designed survey to assess teachers knowledge of school data assessment tools and their comfort level of usage.
A pre and post assessment will be administered to determine baseline data and guide implementation goals.
