Why is it occuring?

Mutl-tiered Instruction is inconsistent throughout the school.  Increase Rigor at all levels. Inconsistent differentiation. 

What are we going to do about it?

Create Goal :
By May 2019, 100% of Nova Blanche Forman teachers will implement multi-tiered instruction as measured by lesson plans, observations, progress monitoring and student data.

Tier 1 academic practices clearly identify learning standards

Why is it occuring?

Tier 1 instruction is inconsistent. Inconsistent differentiated instruction among grade level teachers. Inconsistent small groups and centers among grade level teachers. Lack of instructional cycles consistent among grade levels. Lack of rigor in some Tier 1 instructions. 

What are we going to do about it?

Provide Tier 1 trainings. Follow scope and sequence. Common planning times. Monitor PLC's closely. Consistent small group instruction in  both reading and math.  Provide Trainings. Progress monitor student data through iReady, monthly data chats, and weekly Rti Meetings.
