School Name Margate ES (1161) School Year 2018 - 2019 Data are used to identify reasons why students are not meeting expectations Students individual plans are not meeting expectations due to the lack of fidelity of implementation for all Tiers of instruction. We are closely monitoring the students Tier One and ensuring that it is being implemented with fidelity and that additional Tiers are prescribed. The plans address specific needs and areas for growth. Quarterly review of students in the MTSS process through Grade level data chats, individual teacher chats and CPST meetings. All teacher Tier One strategies will be reviewed in BASIS and progress on all levels of Tier instruction will be monitored through the SWAG folder. On a quarterly basis, we will document the rate of success for our students in Tier 3 MTSS and monitor their level of progression.
