What elements will be addressed?

A strategic plan for MTSS implementation is developed

Why is it occuring?

Currently there is no strategic plan in place for MTSS implementation. 

What are we going to do about it?

The CPS Team will develop a strategic MTSS plan, aligned with school improvement plan, to address ongoing implementation issues.

Action Plan

1. Create a specific tim for RtI interventions.
2. Have a direct focus on tier 1 interventions.
3. Create spreadsheets with appropriate interventions. 
4. Provide a variety options for parent particpation in the RtI process.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Administration will be conducting observations to monitor the implementation of RtI interventions being used with fidetly. 
Administration and the support staff are hosting data meetings to provide additional support in order to colloborate on what the look fors are, and how to provide additional support based on the individual teachers.

Resources to support MTSS implementation are identified and allocated

Why is it occuring?

We have resources in place, however we are in the process of purchasing addititonal interventions that are more specific to our student needs.  

What are we going to do about it?

We are currently purchasing additional resources that are more specific to our student needs. 

Action Plan

1. A spreadsheet will be created that includes all grade levels, tiers, and academic acreas. 
2. Teachers will be trained on how to use these resources. 
3. Resources will be readily availabel to teachers throughout the year. 
4. Ongoing trainings will occur to ensure all teachers know how to use their resources and how to align the resources to address the identified weakness. 

How will we monitor and measure our success?

We will monitor our success through:
1. Informal observations from administration
2. Discussions through PLC's/ongoing trainings
3. Bi-monthly RtI meetings with data/graphs
